My career within estate agency started in 2002 when I left university and joined the UK’s biggest estate agents as a negotiator and viewer. I rapidly progressed within the company and practised at every level, valuing and selling hundreds of properties along the way before leaving to manage a local estate agents. In 2008 I established Let me now ltd and Wynn & Co Estate agents which now let’s and manages hundreds of properties for local and regional landlords and help increase their yield and extend their portfolio wherever possible.
In October 2014 Terry Walker and I co founded Wynn & Walker Estates in Adlington to provide our vendors and landlords with a service no other local agents can offer all under one roof.
Wynn & Walker Estates tailored marketing system is a result of my experience, knowledge and research combined with the basics you would expect from a professional agent.
We ensure our clients achieve the very best price for their homes by converting more enquiries into viewings and accommodating potential buyers in and out of working hours.
With over 12 years experience and with the support and commitment of my sales and lettings team I have acquired valuable knowledge within the Estate agency industry. I have gained an excellent reputation for skilfully using traditional values and local knowledge combined with a modern approach to achieve the best price for our clients properties. Over the years I have established a portfolio of connections within the industry and I utilise these to source potential investment properties for investors.

As lettings manager I am responsible for our lettings department, managing a large portfolio of landlords and tenants working alongside our team of tried, tested and qualified contractors. Our landlords and tenants have become more than familiar with me over the years and now recognise me more as a friend than a lettings manager to all our clients. I have dealt with the public for more than 30 years and enjoy each and every aspect of property sales and lettings.
