Step One
If you haven’t already, you will need to have your finances in order enabling you to make an offer on any property should you wish to do so. If you require a mortgage it’s important that you shop around and get the best deal, this could save you thousands in the long run. We work closely with the tried and tested mortgage consultants who can give you advice and a figure to work with. Just ask one of our team and a consultant will call you the same day!
Step Two
Register your details with one of our team who can then proactively find properties that suit your requirements. With new properties becoming available for sale weekly in the busier times of the year, we will make sure you are the first to know even before the property is advertised.
Step three
We recommend that you make yourself familiar with the area you are looking to purchase in and ask any of our local staff who will be more than happy to give you any information.
Step Four
Once we have found your perfect home it’s time to make an offer to our vendor. Once the offer is agreed, you will need to appoint your legal representative so the conveyancing process can begin. Once one of our team have notified all parties involved in the sale, the sales progression can begin.
Step Five
Darren Wynn, Terry Walker and our team progress the sale from survey to completion and work with your legal representative to help things progress as quickly as possible. We are here to help answer any questions you may have along the way and deal with queries that might arise. Once a date has been arranged it is best practice to contact removal companies to get quotes ready for your move.
Step Six
Once your legal representative confirm that your property is due to complete, the keys will be readily available to collect from our office on that agreed date.
